Registration fees

Attendence at the conference requires registration. Please read the Submission of Contributions and Registration for Conference page for details.

Registration fees are expressed in Euro. Early registration applicable if payment is received before June 9, 2017.

Conference Fees include:

• Conference Proceedings
• Attendance at all scientific sessions
• Coffee breaks, reception and conference dinner. The banquet ticket needs to be booked in advance.

ECCOMAS and IACM members will have a 5% deduction on the delegates fees. To apply, please submit to the conference secretariat a written proof of being a current member of one of the National Associations affiliated to IACM and/or ECCOMAS.

Final acceptance of papers and their inclusion in the conference proceedings are contingent upon payment of the registration fee by the presenting author before June 9, 2017

Student registration: Student rate attendees must send by fax (+49 89 289 10699) or e-mail to the Conference Secretariat, a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full time student.

Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully. For on line payment, please print the confirmation of the bank. No other confirmation will be sent.

Refund Policy: Registered attendees, who are NOT authors and who finally cannot attend the conference, may be substituted by a colleague or receive a refund on the registration fee, with a cancellation fee of 100 Euros, provided that the refund request is received by April 15, 2017. After this date NO refund will be granted.Moreover, no refund is provided to the registered authors
