How to submit contributions and register for the conference

Submission of contributions and registration for the conference will be through the conference administration web site. 

The process is as follows:

  1. Download the templates on the page Instructions for Authors.
  2. Submit your abstract through the conference administration web site by clicking this link. You will first have to create a user account and will then be guided through the submission process.
  3. After submission, your abstract will be subject to a short review. Upon acceptance of the abstract you will be asked to register at the conference website by e-mail.
  4. The register button allows you to register for the confernce and pay the conference fees by bank transfer or credit card. Upon completion of registering for the conference, you will then receive by email the entrance ticket for the conference along with a propper invoice in pdf form.
  5. See you in Munich

Please consider that contributions can only be accepted on the mutual understanding that they will be presented at the conference.

However, you may also only attend the conference without contributing with a presentation accompanied by an abstract. In this case, please directly register for the conference here, choose your payment option and attend the conference without being scheduled for a presentation.
